I’m Sara Evans Lewis, founder of Miss Digi.

I design and develop learning that helps people perform confidently and effectively in their roles. My work draws on a strong grounding in learning, digital media, and learning technologies, which continue to shape how I design and build learning.

I’ve long been drawn to the practical side of learning, understanding how roles really work, the challenges people face, and the decisions they need to make, and then creating learning that genuinely helps.

I lead the design and development of complex learning programmes used across global organisations.

One belief continues to guide my work: good learning isn’t about completion, it’s about confidence. When people feel confident, they perform better, make stronger decisions, and create better outcomes for the organisations they support.

What I Do

I design the full learning experience from concept to delivery. This includes learning architecture, storyboarding, interaction design, multimedia integration and development of the final eLearning modules.

My focus is always on creating learning experiences that are engaging, practical and aligned with real workplace behaviours.

I design scenario-based and gamified learning, building highly interactive Storyline and Rise modules supported by original graphics, animation, and video. My work combines strong instructional design with hands-on development.

I’m comfortable working directly in the tools and take pride in producing learning that is both well designed and well built.

I work across the full lifecycle of a project, from understanding the requirement through to designing and developing the finished solution, and turn complex or technical information into learning that is clear, practical, and ready to use.

I focus on creating learning that works, not learning that simply looks good.
