Hello — I’m Sara, the Learning Designer behind Miss Digi.

I’ve worked in Learning and Development for over 25 years and I’m fully qualified in both instructional and digital learning design.

Over that time, I’ve had the opportunity to work on large-scale and global projects, creating learning that supports people in real roles, doing real work.

I’ve always been someone who prefers practical over theoretical. I like to understand how a job actually works, the challenges people face, the decisions they need to make, and where things can go wrong and then design learning that genuinely helps.

My work ranges from operational and process training through to digital learning experiences, and I’m comfortable moving between the big picture and the detail. Whether I’m shaping a solution, building eLearning, or simplifying something complex, my focus is always the same: make it clear, make it useful, and make it easy to apply.

After many years in this field, one thing still matters most to me, creating learning that people don’t just complete, but actually use.
